The Zines community is the place to share anything and everything zine related! In order to keep this a safe and welcoming space, we've got a few rules to follow:
1. Tag your posts to help people filter out content. Stuff like topics, fandom names, and content warnings (blood, gore, bugs, etc) are a great place to start! Please also check out the pinned tags and add anything applicable.
2. Please keep your posts on-topic and zine related
3. Any NSFW content should be NSFW TOGGLED and TAGGED APPROPRIATELY! This includes tagging for any kinks present, if applicable.
NSFW is defined as anything sexual or overly suggestive in nature. Nudity is of course allowed here, but must be tagged "nudity" and have an NSFW toggle on it!
4. No unsourced work is allowed! Unless you personally are the creator, all creative works shared must link back to the original creator(s).
5. No AI, NFTs, or crypto related content is allowed.
6. NO HATE SPEECH, DISCRIMINATION, OR BIGOTRY WILL BE TOLERATED. This includes but is not limited to: racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or religion-based discrimination.
7. NO HARASSMENT OR BULLYING WILL BE TOLERATED.
8. Be respectful of other people and their boundaries & interests! No ship/character/media hate. If someone is talking about something you don't like, unless it goes against our rules, please just ignore. Not everything will be your cup of tea, and that's fine! Just let people enjoy the things that make them happy.
9. Don't share screenshots of comments, posts, or conversations that happen in this community elsewhere without explicit consent of all parties involved.
CONSEQUENCES FOR RULE BREAKING:
If you are breaking a rule in a way that is NOT actively harming community members, you will be gently reminded of the rule and asked to either change or remove your content.
ex. you posted something without a source link
Sometimes, posts may be removed or edited before you are contacted privately about a broken rule.
ex. you forgot to tag sensitive content, spoilers, or shared un-toggled NSFW work
People who repeatedly break content posting rules will be given a warning before being banned.
If someone breaks a rule in a way that is actively harmful to community members, they may be banned with little to no warning.
ex. calling people slurs, sharing screenshots for the purpose of call outs
