What are Sheeple?
Sheeple are a gentle species of sentient ungulates. Human often compare them to sheep or goats, which they generally take offense to. (Despite Sheeple being a self-given name. Sheeple are contrary like that.)
Sheeple enjoy adventures, lots of food, and spending time with friends. They’re curious and smart but tend to lack an abundance of foresight or self-reflection. Personalities vary by individual, but Sheeple can usually be counted on to work hard, play hard, and take any excuse for a long weekend.
Sheeple are typically loving and loyal to those they consider family.

How do I get one??
Sheeple can be created or bought for points. Everyone gets 25 points to start with, and more will be given out through various special events on this forum.
But the easiest way to get points is by drawing your sheeple! Every finished piece of art submitted to the Art submission thread gets a random number of points between 1 and 10. This includes art, writing, music, anything else you want to create involving your new sheeple friends! It also doesn't have to be include color, a background, or any particular difficulty- check out the thread for rules.
What do I do with my sheeple?
Whatever you like! I wanted to create a species that would capture people's imagination. Maybe you can write about their adventures, or draw comics about their hilarious exports. Maybe you'd like to draw them in the universe of your favorite video game or movie. Maybe you'd like to do lovingly rendered portraits of them and hang them in your physical home. Maybe you just want to collect them like funko pops.

Rules
Unfortunately we live in a flawed human society, so here are some guidelines to keep us from descending into chaos.
1- Tolerance policy
This group is meant to be a safe space for everyone regardless of race, age, sexuality, gender, mental or physical disabilities and differences, religion, ethnicity, and any other variables.
Bigoted jokes, offensive art, or comments putting down marginalized groups will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to throw you out of the group without a second chance if you violate this rule.
On that note, tolerance does not apply to hate groups like Nazis. I asked every single Sheeple individually and they all said "Nazi punks fuck off," so y'all better listen.
2- Money
I intend Sheeple to be accessible to everyone regardless of money, so I don't intend to sell them for any real-world currency. I ask that everyone else respects this and doesn't resell their designs or characters for money.
Getting commissions of art involving Sheeple is slightly different so I'll allow it. Trading sheeple, or trading them for art or in-game points is also acceptable.
3-Age appropriate...ness
Sheeple are not specifically targeted towards children, but I understand that kids are probably going to be interested in playing in this space.
In light of both these facts, I ask that adult users keep swearing to a minimum (You've already noticed that I'm not going to eliminate it entirely, but just try and limit it) and be sensitive to the fact that the users you're interacting with may be minors.
I also ask minors and their parents to use their best judgement as to whether this is an appropriate space to be in. I'm not here to curate it for any one parent's idea of what's ok, and I'm not going to accept anyone who wants to yell at me because I didn't.
4- Content
I ask that any content with blood, gore, and serious volence be kept under a readmore or linked to from an outside source, for the comfort of users who might be sensitive to those things.
I am also going to ask, for various reasons, that you don't draw sexual material involving sheeple. PG romance and smooching is fine.
