'Toric' is an adjective describing:
- Nonbinary relationships with men
- Nonbinary attraction to or affection for men
- Nonbinary people who have sex with men
- Nonbinary people who love men
- Nonbinary people who seek partnerships with men, or who otherwise find the term a useful descriptor for themselves
It is an umbrella term under the larger diamoric umbrella. It does not describe one specific orientation.
'NBLM' is the noun form of this, although it stands for 'nonbinary people who love men', which may be alienating for some toric nonbinary people. It is included here because it's more recognizable.
RULES:
1. 'Nonbinary people', without qualifiers, does mean ALL nonbinary people; please try to take a moment to consider whether your statements are presuming things about people's genders (or lack of), transitioning goals, or life experiences
2. It is not appropriate to ask about what gender someone was assigned at birth; this is a very invasive personal question, and not everyone's experiences will align neatly or uncomplicatedly with this information anyway
3. Anti-asexual and anti-aromantic sentiment will not be tolerated here, nor will anti-grey sentiment or sentiment against any other sexuality
4. Identity does not necessarily correlate with specific life experiences, and there is no experience exclusive to any one identity.
